Store your jewellery in the provided anti-tarnish pouch when not in use. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to keep it looking brand new.

Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions in photographs or screen display settings. These are not considered defects and are a natural part of handcrafted jewellery.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once dispatched. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Every order is shipped in our signature premium packaging — including an anti-tarnish pouch, branded box, and care card at no extra cost.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
